The past October 31st the Chief Business Development Officer - CBDO - were invited by El Bosque University, to provide a conference regarding “Opportunities and challenges in the intercultural work environment” based on her 6 years of experiences across different cultures. through United States, South Asia, and Europe.

In this opportunity, it was shared some recommendations that will help to work on these environments. At the same time, the audience had the opportunity to talk and express their expectations regarding how those global work environments are developing more challenges and opportunities to the Latin American culture.
