In Fika-IO we offer the adaptation of its processes to the IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technology, sending the values of the variables registered by local sensors to a server in the cloud. Once the data is centralized, its access will be available from computers and mobile devices with Internet connection, to be visualized and analyzed by information management departments dedicated to strategic decision making.
The technologies offered to achieve this objective are the IoT gateways of SIEMENS, Weidmüller and embedded systems.
SCADA
The integration of a SCADA system (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) to a production line, allows operators an intuitive interaction and control with the machines, on the other hand it facilitates maintenance technicians the diagnosis and troubleshooting quickly and accurately.

The information will be available in displays installed at the production, in site or in a control room.
