TowersCem is an innovative cement company dedicated to the production of green cements. Using advanced technologies such as X-CEM, which incorporates recycled materials and smart properties in its products, allowing the decomposition of CO₂ and contributing to the fight against climate change. ​

 

The challenge: TowersCem would participate as Speaker in the main agenda of the Genera Summit, an event co-organized by the GoFest of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. ​

 

The solution: Advice and coaching in the Tedx-type presentation, where it is practiced over and over again to achieve the objective of the presentation. Highlighting Carlos's life story, his passion and dream to build the innovative cement company, how he has been growing as a team and of course the future plans. ​

 

The results: It was a successful presentation, being remembered as “The Cement´s Boy” in Carlos's words. On the other hand, his presentation allowed Carlos and his management team Miley Velásquez, in subsequent spaces, to connect with other leaders in the sector, exchange ideas and strengthen strategic alliances for the growth of their company #DeepTech ​
